This is a

It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of it's many colors. 因為繽紛的色彩而命名為『彩虹橋』

Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge there is a land of meadows,
hills and valleys with lush green grass.

They play all day with each other. 牠們會每天彼此陪伴，玩耍

they miss someone very special to them, who had left them behind. 這些動物們過著快樂而滿足的生活，然而只有一件事牠們錯過了和遺忘而對牠們很特別的某個人！
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. 牠們整天奔跑和一起玩耍但總有一天，牠們其中的一個會忽然停下而眺望遠方

The happy kisses rain upon your face;your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, 牠的吻像幸福的雨親在你臉上
